Need advice Storage 256gb vs 512gb

Currently am using Samsung Note 9 128gb + microsd 256gb. Storage usage as of today -Internal 76gb & external 56gb =TOTAL 132gb.
After nearly 5yrs am thinking to replace my daily driver to S23Ultra.

Really need some advice whether to go for 256gb or 512gb version? Maybe picture/video will consume more storage since it support up to 8k and 200MP?
Budget is not a problem but i dont want to pay an extra for something tht am not use.
#plan to use S23ultra up to 5yrs.

looks like you really used your Note9 for almost 5 years. just buy the 512GB since it also has 12GB of RAM, especially you intend to keep it for 5 years. also now don't have microsd to expand.

Hmm... looks like S23 will get custom made SD 8 Gen 2 for Mobile Platform for Galaxy.
Dunno whether it mean good or bad. Usually custom made for only certain brand or model come out worst than standard.

Hypothetically, Qualcomm has no choice but to fake its Snap 8G2 to non-TSMC foundry becoz Tim Team Apple edy conquering the TSMC machineries ... Since Sammy volume is very high, Qualcomm has to fake the 8G2 only for Sammy devices while non-Sammy will continue to get the 8G2 under TSMC foundry...
