queu like 45minutes only to be told use the machine at the hidden corner

my nearest branch said no stock. then called their customer support to let me just replace online but was told the online replacement only for selected customers (you will get error if you're not selected). customer support responded ok they will put me in the list but then no follow up by them. idiot CIMB.

gave up and just went to KLCC to replace mine there.

Got new card on the spot

Replaced mine 2 days ago at Sg Buloh, need to complete debit card update on cimbclicks and then reinstall the mobile app 😅

Few months ago, just walk in and renew, no problem. Many people but they do work quite fast.

I submitted the request for card replacement online. Since the website did not provide any tracking number, I contacted the CS a week later only to be told that the online service is only applicable for special customers and normal customers like us need to go to the branch. Few days later, an envelope with my new debit card mysteriously appeared in my mailbox. LOL

If you have other debit cards, dont have to renew cimb. You only need one card in your wallet.

I think it means for those opened account-i in past, like me is open KWIK card before, and received 2 times for new card and card renew.
So I guess this is the meaning of special la.

And yes, no tracking number, but just 2 days taken for them to send via poslaju, very fast.

Just extra info, if prefer choosing Account-i as another debit card.

This one need a bit careful, in TnC if you signup for the Account-i, it will send to your latest saved address before asking confirmation.
And yes, they did this in past for my KWIK card lol...

I even updated my latest address before they shipped my renew KWIK card, and yet they choose to ignore it...

The worst is no phone number on the pos laju package, so they also can't calling you for inform.

Was a staff with them, so been using it as a saving account

Just transfer the amount to the bank which have the debit card and withdraw.

I have 3 different bank accounts and only 1 debit card
