my nearest branch said no stock. then called their customer support to let me just replace online but was told the online replacement only for selected customers (you will get error if you're not selected). customer support responded ok they will put me in the list but then no follow up by them. idiot CIMB.
gave up and just went to KLCC to replace mine there.
