I submitted the request for card replacement online. Since the website did not provide any tracking number, I contacted the CS a week later only to be told that the online service is only applicable for special customers and normal customers like us need to go to the branch. Few days later, an envelope with my new debit card mysteriously appeared in my mailbox. LOL
Has anyone renew their cimb debit card lately?
