Started in Jul 2023 I think. I signed loan in June 2023. So it's almost 2 years, expected to complete Mar-May 2026.

Nope. Last time when did it myself turned out not that great. Will use interior designer this time. Just met with one yesterday for a starter. Will meet a couple more over this and next month.
