this would be part of the specification in in SnP
They will provide a list, but dont expect them to put top tier brand there.

Developer won't put brand and exact model of fittings. They cut corner in this aspect. When material cost goes up, lower grade tiles and toiletries will be used. Same goes to electrical appliances and the most expensive item(lift). They won't care about reliability, or cheap maintenance cost. They just want the lowest upfront cost.

So most lift will without fail breakdown very frequently after DLP or near DLP

Ohh, so they wont even list down what colour/type like a general one? Like in their show unit, they use cement tile type, will they change it to ceramic? The sales person said it will be the same as show unit but i guess i want to see it in paper so i can plan ahead

guess you are optimisc, and more than a little excited on your new purchase.

As said- there is one sheet in your SPA ( near the end) which state the fittings.
have you check your SPA?

i would say- dont dream or hope to have the designer tiles (Like  Ferruni, Niro etc) nor fitting like Toto, Grohe and such.

at most you can refer to showroom,
take note their savings is a lot, as they are building hundreds of unit.

hehehe blush_ani.gif
i don't have any papers regarding fittings/interior stuff. not sure if its just me so i asked the lawyer, he said they are pending instructions from developer to proceed stamping.
