I too applied for a SAMM unit it has been at SENARAI MENUNGGU for a little over a month already. Wonder how long it usually takes for them to approve or reject

You can try to call the sales person assigned to the Teja SAMM units

Means the Samm unit demand is high. Bcz only 20 plus units. If 2 mths plus no change I suggest call lphs and check. Or move to another project.

I applied too and got approval within a month. But not SD project. Another project in pj too. Most ppl wana serbu SD units. That's why pending lama.

I applied on 8/5, as of today is on Senarai Menunggu.

I guess I will just leave my currently application as it is (and hopefully one day the status will change to Pilih/Tawar), or wait and see in future if got any new SAMM project that I myself really interested.

Once you get pilih, you need to pressure your agent to follow up. Once get tawar, they need to follow up lphs pegawai to get the letter. Past few mths a lot samm. Lphs could be overwhelmed. Could be reason of the slow change.

No idea about SAMM. Is it much cheaper? By how much? Good to know.

It's RM270k for a 500sf unit, on the lower floors.

Technically psqf not cheaper. But in terms of the property price it's relatively cheap if you arent looking for a higher mortgage. There are some slightly bigger samm projects 550-570sqft with 2 rooms and 2 car parks. You may look at the LPHS page for more info.
