hi, for those who received PO from shopee/lazada. did u guys receive tax invoice with the phone? and how u guys register the 1 year extend warranty and 1 year screen protection?

When you ordered yours? I ordered on 18 feb.
Time to bug them when are they shipping out
I received a tax invoice with mine, but did not state anywhere regarding the extended warranty and screen protection. Maybe have to clarify with them.

Like mentioned.. Because yours is pre-order set, automatically the warranty is 1+1 year and screen protection for 1 year. No need for registration for the extended warranty.

Guys, finally received my PO yesterday. I have 2 questions need help

1.) How to change the stock photos app to show only camera picture in photos tab. I have alot of photos from whatsapp which I dont want it to show in photos tab.

2.) how to enable 'Delete' when receiving new sms. On old OOS there is delete button option when receive new sms, now I couldn't seem to find it anymore.

This is the interface of my OnePlus Buds Pro 2.

The picture of the device doesn't show up at the top lol, there's no Game Mode, no full array of Zen Air sounds but otherwise all works well. All these appear fine when connected on my iPad using the HeyMelody app.

Here's my battery life. Beginning 20% had that system launcher taking up a lot of battery then I clear data then it was okay. Second pic is after sleeping for the night and waking up.

Found out the reson why photos was showing everything, my backup from 5t duplicated another whatsapp folder in the root folder, problem solved.

But today found out my buds pro 2 is faulty after firmware upgrade, left side cannot connect properly. I tried it on my 5t also the same, anyone knows how which channel to contact oneplus malaysia?

Finally got my phone today but noticed that system is already taking 20gb space and another “other” for 6.5gb, is this normal? My op6t system only took 11gb

System storage should be around slightlty less than 12GB for OOS12. Others would be around 6-7Gb. Maybe others who have the phone can check theirs and compare.

Anyone finds that using Youtube app it's laggy?
Watching YT videos are smooth, but scrolling or after minimizing the active video to browse other videos will have lag. Sometimes even input delay up to 2 seconds or longer.
I tried another Youtube app *****ced and can really notice the difference in smoothess.

Edit: After I turn on high performance mode it's smoother without the few sec input delay. But you can still notice its not smooth. Not even 60fps smooth, but more like 30 - 45 fps. But on the other YT app it's smooth even without the high performance mode turned on.

Do you mean frame rate cap? @limreviews noted this issue on this thread and his YouTube review. Seems to be on the stock photos app and YouTube.

Has anyone used Oxygen Updater to download the latest?

I'm running the same update through System update, don't need Oxygen updater.

I also don't know what's wrong, app just won't run at 60fps when scrolling browsing through videos. Feels very choppy.
