I manage to get to 12k mark as well....

ah....cant get 12k....only manage to get 11265 on the 5th day....ah....im really weak ah.....will get to the steroid list soon!~!

What I can say is
To get to 10k, u just need practice a bit, 11k harder, 12k... really hard for me.. till no more umph...
what I can give advice is, "follow the weight shifts and start slow pace to pick up the weight shift and pace"
come all target for 12k, then 13k... errr if that's possible, someone break the barrier!!!

the best for me is 12340.. lol achieve 12k just twice .... and both also forget to take pic ..
just wanna share hahaha .. it's easy to hit 11k but ..damn hard to hit 12k ..damm.. how that steroid freak did 20k

btw can the powerball be clean ( i mean from inside) seems to be not so smooth as the 1st day it came..

Yup of course you are supposed to clean it regularly leh

It will, which is one of the limiting factors to the RPM. Gotta have a really tight grip at high RPMs. If feel like loosing it, of course slow down lah..else..RM100+ gone

then dangerous lor.. if u touch the spinning ball by accident..?... ur hand 2nd degree burns @@

if you dare stop the spinning ball with your bare hands you could get burns haha so dont touch the exposed area
