hahaha it'll take a while for a complete newbie to master it
read the manual first

for starters, use the starter cord
insert it into the biggest hole in the middle, not the small ones
then wind the rotor
then jerk the string and pull it out like you are starting a motor
when you pull, try to pull towards the side, not towards the top cause it might snag on the edge of the casing mouth

the optimum rpm speed i feel is about 800+rpm. then you start twisting your wrist like you're stirring eggs in a bowl
if you do it correctly, you will feel a very nice viscous feeling
there will be a steady whirl, not kak kak kak sound
and the speed will increase
you'll know it wan if u get it correctly
