Lately i've realised my hand stamina is better
Can last longer with the powerball, but of course at around 5-6krpm More for toning than trying to reach scores Anyway, i think we should try strength index challenges soon |

must the exposed part always face the floor?
dammit i cant get it to go above 2.5k >.< cant seem to get the rotating technique right... keeps on dying off after the initial spin..i got the thumb flick technique though, just can't get it to keep moving This post has been edited by SweetTooth: Nov 9 2007, 06:26 PM |

You may even get a better grip that way as the RPM counter part is smaller.
