Hey guys, will going to Thai at 29th AUgust... can I buy 101 insurance with Etiqa?

Not sure if this is a norm for Betong immigration, but I just encountered this recently.. So hopefully whoever doesn't know yet, can know the risk..
Firstly is the duty free terms has changed.. No matter how long you stayed, you can't bring back duty free cigarettes.. (previously can buy one box (10packets) if you stayed minimum 4d3n..
Secondly, they recently started to randomly spot check on motorcycle as well, especially with boxes installed.. (previously I went they never checked).. And this time (yesterday), even my friend who doesn't have any box or luggage, was asked to open up his waist pouch for checking..
Thirdly, and for the first time in so many years I went.. Traffic police joining the border police (the last check right after duty free building).. Issuing summons to vehicles.. 2 of us had slip-on exhaust installed, but luckily never summoned.. But one of my friend was summoned due to plate number regulation..
Hopefully all can take note on these, and be prepared if there's any mods that's not allowed on your bike..
