Too bad the total achievements is still at 1000GS and not 5000GS
otherwise it will take forever to finish.  will add this to my list of games i need to buy, want to buy but no time to play  Maybe i should just play portal only.  |

PORTAL is AWESOME. I love puzzles.. this one really satisfies. As for Team Fortress - no one's online.. guess its not out yet in the US so no one is playing it.

I think this game was overshadow by Halo 3.

Last night was pretty fun.
After the game with zerg and the others, i went alone to some non-local game where they host a 3v3 game and its a bit laggy but manageable. Have immense fun during that time! I hate it though when playing on 2fort and they have like one fully upgraded sentry inside it. Its impossible to go near it other than being a spy. Even heavy gun man couldnt get more than 10 bullets on it before meeting his doom |

I just finished a couple of TF2 games hosted with around 16 players with no lag at all
 But then all the players are random so teamwork is at the worst However its quite funny to see 3 medics healing a soldier to clear off those sentry guns I wonder if the medic heal stack when they concentrate on one person? |

Good game last night, Zerg!
But sadly, you have to leave cause of the stupid glitch. Actually i got it also but then i change my class and i died then i respawn back at the base with the ability to move back My favourite class i think would be the demoman, medic and spy. Demoman is just so powerful that even the heavy weapons guy dare not go near (well at least not that near ). Demoman is like having a double grenade launcher where i change to the mine launcher after i finish my rounds on the grenade launcher. The medic's ubercharge is pretty interesting but it only works if it is activated at the right time when your health is in the nick of death. And i find that the needle shooter of the medicman is very accurate with little kickback. Might just be better than your regular shotgun Spy The invisibility is one thing but i really love the disguise. Sometimes i manage to trick the opposing team's medic to heal me and then i backstab him. I am sure he is like wtf?!!!! Well, whatever it is, it would be times more fun if we have a lot more local players together in the game. Teamwork at its best is what team fortress is |

There is really nothing left to hope.
When I read the announcement a few days back, I told myself, any hopes of more uber great games from Bioware and Pandemic has gone the ways of the Dodo. I really hate EA, with a passion I say. All they do is eat up smaller developers who are more capable, digest them, mash them into their own group, and turn the whole organization into one big steaming pile of turd. |

Streamyx was screwing up the whole night. Till it refused to sign me in a few times even. Router was unable to connect few times, then after a while able to connect again. I think it was some DNS issue. Couldn't contact streamyx help desk either. It was engaged till god knows what time. |

There's one thing i notice about TF2's connection, unlike Gears of War where players close to the host have better response time, TF2 averages everyone's response time. So lets say even though the host is Malaysian, if alot of US gamers join, it lags the whole game.

better than Halo 3? From my personal opinion, i think is equal. When you feel stress/furious/tired after halo 3 online match, just switch over to TF2 and play.. fun all the way! |

Been playing TF2 quite often, in fact I'm hooked
But bought the pc version coz got 8800 to use. TF2 is the best team action game ever! Better than BF2 where its too serious, Halo2 where there are too little ppl and also too serious. of course, i have not gotten Halo3 yet so can't say if TF2 is better than Halo3 (will get Halo3 soon, as my 360 is gathering dust real bad)Portal is very original game. Highly recommended and something new. Its like using the portals in prey but you are in control of them now. |

Good game guys!
I had the most enjoyable night of TF2! It was really hard to push through in the 3v4 game. The sentry gun + heavy standing at the end is just almost impossible!! But the defend was really close, all thanks to Kirby for keeping everyone roasted Not forgetting yoroi's sentry also Let's hope tomorrow night there will be more people joining us! |

Damn.
Still some connection issues for me. I'll be building a Sentry gun, and BLAM! Connection to host lost. I'll be running out to the Intelligence area and BLAM! Connection to host lost. Strange thing is, booted up Halo 3 afterwards and not a single d/c. Last night could only play for a few rounds with MK, zerg, thomas, eilrach and the rest. Horrible lag can only be combated with private only slots, which is I think the one thing Halo 3 has over Oren Box. It's kinda frustrating when your rockets only hit the target 2 seconds later.

My left trigger finger itchy for some nades, I guess valve pulled em all out in exchange for all the class specific explosives/equipment. Still, a good nade goes a long way. Looks like we'll have to wait for COD4 (and right now, Halo 3) for nades |

Finallycompleted HL2 Episode 1 and 2 last nite, still not done with my rerun of HL2, and man the last part of HL2 is really sweet and awesome! Can't wait for Episode 3. Now I may have time to play for TF2

Seems like its all about TF2 all the time.
No one like HL2 or Portal anymore?! Btw i just found out that TF2 has taken 9 years to develop so i am not surprised that it catch a lot of the players hearts. |

Last night good game with my brother, thanks guys.
I was configuring my Ubuntu installation, so I handed the controller back to him. Portal on Advanced rocks! Also, HL2 is the first time I've been able to run the game as if I have all my settings on high. |

As fun as the game is, I still find it pretty laggy in the games I had so far, granted wasn't all Malaysians in it. I find it quite impossible to play the sniper role and have to use the others.

Playing with Malaysian and Singaporean should be fine without lag.

I found my 2 classes sniper and of course the Heavy Weapons Guy!! So funny the last map i was on had a sudden death on territory capture on the granary match... Anyway my team if i not mistaken was 1 medic, 1 engineer, 2 scouts and me...Heavy Weapons.... Eventually my team found the opposing blue team in the corridors of the Blu HQ...but as my team were fighting...i crept up from behind and killed 4 out 6 guys there ...unfortunately before i could finish the job...bloody turret got me.. |

Defend on Gravel Pit is the hardest!
Even though there is only 2 points *A and B* to defend but the space is so open. Its hard to really find a right place to build a sentry. Maybe being a demoman is better in defending gravel pit |

Managed to finely hone my Medic skill. However I was humiliated terribly when at Capture Point C my soldier (or demoman) died, I was left alone...and nick had to come finish me with a shotgun to the face. ARGH! LOL |

the best part was early on...the whole team with the exception of an engineer were scouts....
the first three rounds lasted only a few seconds But then the opposing team got wise to our tactics and we were forced to fight a brutal war with them..so brutal that it went into sudden death.. |

I think the patch to fix the TF2 lag is out, i was playing HL2 episode 2 then i got disconnected and ask for an update.
Hope this is the patch, 'coz sometimes the lag is unbearable even the host has green ping. Now, back to Soldier. Best of all TF2 class.
