I thought this Gundam is based on supposedly real world timeline? How come the tech is a bit God like, if you ask me. I do wonder what propulsion they use to power the Mobile Suits.

Heh, at least UC Gundams using fusion, Helium 3 is more plausible.

I dunno man, when I saw the Gundam do the angelic thing in the sky in the prologue of the 1st ep, my interest went rock bottom.

So much for being in real century, no aspects of realism is ever considered.

Because normal girls did not attract fans. Moe in a way have destroyed anime credibility as serious story. Fans paid too much attention to moe instead of character so anime companies have to cater to that to make money.

Why do you think animes like Claymore is not exactly mainstream popular like Gundam Seed?

Sounds like this Gundam is heading into a disaster. I am glad to sit this one out.

The best Gundam story is still 0080 War in the Pocket OVA, then followed by 0083 and 08th MS Team.

Many people liked Zeta, to me it is only so so Gundam anime to me.

Double Zeta is one confused child, tried to be funny yet serious just did not work, CCA is not bad but the Alpha Azeiru pilot annoyed the heck out of me.

F-91 feels incomplete, Victory is so so affair to me.

Damn it, why no one is animating Gundam Sentinel.

The only Gundam series I truly enjoyed are old school, UC setting.

I also enjoyed reading Gundam Sentinel novel and Hathaway Flash.

Haiya, its anime. If animators draw female realistically, with flaws, body fat, blemishes, freckles or pimples, you think people going to watch? Arguably most anime fans watch anime because they desire a perfection that the real world can never achieve.

Because director say so. No one wants to buy loser mechas as model kits which Gundam is for, they want super duper keng chau mecha that kick the moon back to and fro. Bandai put a lot of money in marketing the Gundam models.
