QUOTE(mushigen @ Nov 8 2022, 01:34 PM) Is there any cap/limit on interest offset for its full flexible loan? for my case, the limit is the outstanding I supposePBB: 70% of balance in current account, 30% goyang telur HLB: 70% of remaining principle. i have tired put in close to 90% of the principle loan balance and still can withdraw out/in.. (but in multiples of 1000 only) i hope this is what you mean? This post has been edited by 47100: Nov 8 2022, 01:42 PM |

QUOTE(47100 @ Nov 8 2022, 01:41 PM) for my case, the limit is the outstanding I suppose No, what I mean is, using your example, when you put in an amount equal to your 90% loan balance, does the bank only charge you the daily interest based on the 10% remaining?i have tired put in close to 90% of the principle loan balance and still can withdraw out/in.. (but in multiples of 1000 only) i hope this is what you mean? Not referring to the ability to withdraw, as every ff loan allows us to withdraw miney in the current account. Example: - loan balance 1million - today you put in 900k inside your current account. - your interest calculated for today is (RM100k * interest rate %)/365 kah? For PBB, if you put in 900k, only RM900k*0.7 will be used to offset principle. For HLB, if you put RM900k, you will only offset RM1million*0.7. |

Just gotten a RHB full flexi loan, no such restriction, double and triple checkedNot referring to the ability to withdraw, as every ff loan allows us to withdraw miney in the current account. QUOTE(hellkvr @ Nov 8 2022, 12:37 PM) thats why i said it was capitalist trap. No.it was normalize since British came. remember what we used to have, land and house. no loan also dont forget, banks are business entity. they make money from earning interest and fees. i almost exit all my loans. i hope you guys also can. imagine pay loan till you guys dies. ( housing loan-20-35 years) that is real trap. i knew 90% people in k/ will not agree with me, but what i said is just the truth, nothing else People here datuk nenek mostly poorfags. So fking poor. So stop dreaming about happy life when your datuk nenek was young. Mostly korek ubi to eat before stolen by japanese imperial army. What world were you living in, thinking lives before 2000 is good? |
