Use to shop around for my next daily car. XV outside looks nice but inside feel like saga or axia.

This car got attractive feature and spec, looks better compare to competitor like HRV Corolla cross but didnt not sell well compare to competitor.
why??

is subaru a problematic car?

Boxer engine and the 4WD system are additional things to worry about for the XV. Only people who appreciate it will buy. Normal people want point A to B would rather buy the most reliable boring Toyota.

really its a driver's car, only the driver will experience the benefit on AWD and boxer engine where u will feel the stability and LCG of the car even if its a SUV base height , well engineered

but base on business perspective, design , interior many ppl will think other wise

for me everyday car its working fine, in Malaysia base on the SUV height i can go up kerb parking easily like any other SUV, raining time i know my AWD will have more grip , potholes , bump subaru multilink suspension its a king , way way better than HRV torsion beam, my friend said sit behind HRV its like a lorry

but last time i bought it 113k high spec, no eyesight, i think its a bargain, now i think the price went up to 130k

Ayam exowner subaru 2015. My personal opinion

Resale value - acceptable
Issue - wheel bearings only
Cvt - ok cun.
engine - ok acceptable. But better if they put 1.6t for fast acceleration
bonet - sedan size, kicik
Cuci kereta saja mahal, diorang cakap ni suv. Oi ni sedan la.
interior yes indeed boring.
exteriorso nice.. Kalau white color, lagi nice.

XV owner here. Drove sedan cars and MPV before. Best driving experience is XV because of its versatilities. Great for city driving, hilly roads, off roads and Msia trunk roads. Handling is top notch especially turning corners and when it’s raining. Only peeve is no turbo, otherwise it’s a perfect car. Will definitely get another XV as my next car should I need to replace it.

True. But at least inside should be easy on the eye also. We spend almost half of our day inside the car. Masuk kete mood jadi down sbab interior looks so cheap.

Similar argument as my wifu said. sweat.gif Didn't buy because she drive 90% of our cars; time. I'm more of a motorcycle rider than a car driver. sweat.gif

Small overlap crash test - the most horrifying accident one should avoid.

many died from the dashcam group evidence due to this type of accidents.

below 120k small suv - only one and only Corolla cross took it like a champ and put xc40 volvo to shame in terms of scores.
