PM can be related to those in the jmb. Appointment is just to comply with the Strata Mgmt Act.
All PM are registered members of lppeh and are subject to disciplinary actions for breach of board rules. He can be striked out as member similar to any professional body and is not allow to practise PM if complaints against him is legitimate.
The board will not interfere if jmb can resolve the problem, ie by terminating his services, unless relating to members professional ethics.
Before shifting the blame to the PM, it is the owners (jmb) themselves whom appoint him in the first place without due diligence . So sacking ALL the jmb should be the first step in the next AGM, instead of saying the PM WFH in a garage setup wearing pyjamas !An angry dog barking at the wrong tree.
PLEASE VOTE WISELY IN GE15 or we all eat the same old shit for the next 5 years.
Owners can bring up any issues during the Agm and also volunteer to be in jmb to better manage the property.
Sadly, during agm most wont turn up or just keep quiet but prefer to 'shout outside the box'. Many of such owners around in social medias and problems wont get resolve.
Shaming a PM in public will not have much effect because it is allow to change to another name to cont operations. That is what all scammers do but PM are legally allowed.
Sadly, many dont understand how Strata Management suppose to operate ! Doesnt matter one own DPC, Mont Kiara, Pavillion BB or Chow Kit flats, procedures are the same .... SACK THE JMB, then only PM ... the golden rule for poorly managed properties.
Owning many properties doesnt meant is street smart !
Legally, the PM only reports to the JMB and NEVER to the individual owners !
