That is a challenge for us to undertake if we do care for the spirit and ethics of Shariah. However, I am afraid we are mostly concerned with legalism and tend to pay no attention to the ethics, which is the quintessence of the Shariah.
Having said this, I must also add: If we have no alternative, it is not considered haram to eat these animals or fish according to the rules of fiqh. For even though these feeds are considered haram for us to consume, once they are fed to the animals and fish they have undergone chemical transformation. Thus, according to jurists, because of istihalah or chemical transformation they cannot be ruled as strictly haram.

Bodoh, where got babi carcass to feed fish la. Practically the whole pig plus innards can be cooked and eaten. Even bones are used to boil soup.

freshwater fish farm like catfish are fed with any carcasses and even chicken poop.
sometimes poultry farm breeder and abattoir in kampungs are constructed on stilt above the waters of fish farm so that the fish could feed on the poop and carcass on dead poultry.
is it unhygienic? is it halal to consume the fish that are feed on carcass and poop? im not ulamak to answer that on behalf of muslims but it's actually eco-friendly.
Please don’t use non halal peoples money too. Damn stupid la The fish those fish swim in might also come from pig farm upstream. Non might have taken bath, urine and shot inside before.

anyway, just to assume they really use babi as fish feed, its most likely diseased pig carcasses or unedible parts of the pig. i know some fish breeders use chicken carcasses to feed their fish.

so the fish farmer spent tens of thousands and weeks/months of back breaking work preparing the pond to grow their fish. but they stupidly feed them with sick/dead/diseased carcasses so that they can risk losing the entire pond?

its a common practice in catfish farm as catfish are known to eat carcass. they also dont easily get diseases.
