freshwater fish farm like catfish are fed with any carcasses and even chicken poop.

sometimes poultry farm breeder and abattoir in kampungs are constructed on stilt above the waters of fish farm so that the fish could feed on the poop and carcass on dead poultry.

is it unhygienic? is it halal to consume the fish that are feed on carcass and poop? im not ulamak to answer that on behalf of muslims but it's actually eco-friendly.

back in the early days in /k, i also mengaku used to mengaku as chinese and indian. hahaha.

anyway, just to assume they really use babi as fish feed, its most likely diseased pig carcasses or unedible parts of the pig. i know some fish breeders use chicken carcasses to feed their fish.

its a common practice in catfish farm as catfish are known to eat carcass. they also dont easily get diseases.
