Banking app no need to unlink, register in new phone, it should have an option to delete older device (for case like mbb & cimb app), in general if u want to sell or give to anyone your old phone, just do factory reset, kawtim. whatsapp backup, use Google Drive backup is easier. it will take a while depending your backup size.
