I am having issues too since the Android 14 update, photos taking forever to send and to download, the app is sluggish as well overall. Strange that not everyone is having this issue.

*EDIT - Okay I checked in my Celcom app and the only add on available for my plan is a 4 Day 5G Booster +120GB for Rm 8. Doesnt make much sense. I am wondering if I should try it once just to see if 5G works on my phone or if its a waste of money. Hmm....
