All I can say is, you will know it if you did it yourself.

QUOTE(soonwai @ Oct 27 2007, 11:36 AM) The Apptapp installer doesn't work on a Mac, not sure about PC. I had to download and manually install it. Quite easy. I use iNdependece to install it. Once on the iPhone, it will update to the latest 3.0 beta. I used the same method too, browse package content and drag & drop the Installer.app.Restart, update to v3, I'm good to go. |

Install Community Sources first.
Then DNS Tools. Then BSD Subsystem. And finally Open SSH. |

Post 1 updated with OmniAtlas case.
What actually goes wrong eh bro? You have frequent call fail with DiGi? I try turning on the "Show my Caller ID" in setting. But it auto quit whenever I slide to "on". I tried sending code to *31# it seems ok. |

If you have a TV that doesn't come with component input, you can grab the new U-dock. Which come with standard S-Video/Composite output. But I already have the old one, so I will safe my USD49...
Anyway, a net friend send me this link the other day. This post has been edited by wei: Oct 29 2007, 09:37 AM |

For DiGi, you need to add this line into your CarrierMap.plist file
CODE <key>50216</key> <string>DiGi_MY.plist</string> And then have create the file with name "DiGi_MY.plist", follow the guide krux posted. Edit the entry accordingly. This post has been edited by wei: Oct 29 2007, 11:53 AM |

The main carrier setting:
/var/root/Library/Preferences/com.apple.carrier.plist So you iPhone know to use what setting file when it detect DiGi. /System/Library/Frameworks/CoreTelephony.framework/Support/ Your setting plist file go here. You can have for Maxis, DiGi & Celcom too. Just make sure you point them correctly. iPhone will pick the right one. Credit should go to whoever discover the method, I'm just make use of it. Ok ladies and gentlemen, if you have 1.1.1, please consider to patch the Safari Tiff Exploid. QUOTE If you have already jailbroken your iPhone or iPod touch and want to patch Safari, head over to Installer.app and look under 1.1.1 Tweaks. |
