This is how victims are treated for the past five years. Questions on the development deflect between parties…then being left into a corner to silently pay for interest for nothing..this serves as a cautionary tale on buying undercon property…if u have family members that bought abandoned proj then u will understand

I felt u as myself was one of the victim for big T project back then lucky thing reviving contractor completed and handover after 10 yrs with 10% top up....good luck

Not the victim but your chance as the owner - most likely have to top up the price to get another developer/contractor to complete the project.

Look at Platinum Ara Damansara - now known as Maisson @ Ara Damansara, that will most likely the be solution for the abandoned project buyers.

Agree yours is considered fortunate…the nightmare n misery is just for 1 unit I presume…

Hearsay got victims have 6-8 units (under own name n proxy)..
1 unit interest rm800 to rm1.2k monthly, if 8 units thats rm8k every month just for interest, hearsay including alot of SAs also bought in bulk

Victims of firsthomebuyers dun have quota to buy second house anymore…because was marketted as a luxury condo n all quota used up…bought that time still bachelor wait until now married got kids still renting outside

500++ victims…they could be ur relative family members colleague etc…plz emphatise as it is not easy for them

And that is how homebuyers are getting screwed over a long, painful suffering…

You don't trust SA who say they will buy in bulk. if it is so good why they want to sell to you

They can show you proof that they purchased, but reputable property agents dont use this tactic.


Anyway, sad for the buyers.
But somewhat, these kinds of developer should be rot in hell

Dude I’m on your side. I have tremendous empathy for those who have been screwed by unethical or incompetent developers. I make this a point every now and then when people get so gung ho about BBB.

I was just trying to lighten the mood. And I understand the long lasting financial ramifications on people and I’m sorry your story is serving as a cautionary tale.

Thank you for ur understanding…plz do the victims a favour, please ask ur surrounding family friends might be the unfortunate victims…

Also, no owners have the luxury of going out to bitch….some owners already passed away…some sold their old houses thinking can get VP this year, ended up homeless, some got divorced/breakup

This is a prop horror story

There must be unity in buyers…however as of now, not all victims know the proj is declared abandoned…not all are social media savvy…there are eldery victims who still not aware

Thought to buy as retirement home but ended up have to delay retirement plan, those elderly usually buy along with family members thought can become neighbours in the future…look at how things ended up

My sympathies to you but honestly, those people that did loan compression should've known better? This should really be a reminder to not be greedy and put your eggs in one basket..
