It's okay.
I guess you believe what you see more than what I say.

Food for thought, the info at the signboard can be updated or changed, depending on who is working on the site.
For project site above a certain value, CIDB requires registration and levy to be paid. If main con haven't been appointed but piling and below ground contractor need to start work, whose name do you think will be on the signboard?

Or maybe you have more info to share...

Road works. Not new development.
If you studied Serasi site plan, you will notice the entrance is located at Tower A where they are chopping down trees and clearing the land to build the access road for Serasi and future developments.

1 way, 750m about 985 steps, plus minus 5% margin of error.
2 way, 1.5km about 1970 steps

I think more important is the walkway and connection bridge to the LRT station. Think this was mentioned previously, the likely spot for the connection bridge is from the land next to the masjid across Persiaran Putra Indah directly into the station itself. This bridge across the road is critical as without it, Putra Sentral is cut off by Persiaran Putra Indah and Perdana.

I think the conversion of individual unit to resi rate is not the main concern.
For a mixed development, I would be more concerned about the rates for the common areas like facilities deck, car parks, streets lights etc.

Any MC will know that TNB electric expenses is one of the largest expense if not the largest.
With the recent revise of ICPT surcharge reduction of only 1 cent, expect electric cost to stay elevated and this will impact unit owners indirectly thru the maintenance fee revision.
If collection is poor, this will make matters worse.
