A 7% increase in that short period. Compare to other location, like Ara Damansara at 9.6%, it loses out but at least it is not negative or showing sign of dropping like you claim. Go to napic.jpph.gov.my site and you can see alot of reports on properties. Personally, I would now gather as much purchaser as possible and talk to SDP to push for the Police Station and Govt clinic to be build.
It's in PH Sentral master plan, so should try to get SDP to use their influence to get those 2 build. Start pushing for it now and hopefully in 3 to 4 years time you'll all have some progress on this once the project VP. Otherwise it's all going to hearsay but no action. It's especially difficult to get approval for the Govt clinic. You don't want 3 to 4 years later, the land allocated for this 2 be converted into another few blocks of apartment...ya Just my 0.02 depreciating RM...😭 This post has been edited by Longshot: Jun 26 2023, 08:21 AM |
