2nd progress payment of 15% are for the structure frame work done on said parcel..............maybe your unit is higher level?

good morning ...........anyone got exempted for stamp duty from LHDN for this project?........seems like my daughter's open unit need to pay.....if anyone got, please advice to apply under which category?.......seem like cannot under i-miliki due to NOT complying of min 10% discount from developer (this unit only got 9.45% from publish sale price).....very confusing, meaning government allowing projects to put higher selling price before giving higher discount?

after checking and calling LHDN.....the lady told me to try PAU53......but after reading the form, also cannot as this project is under SERVICE APARTMENT category

any advice........looks like all dead end to obtain exempting of stamp duty for my open market unit.......sigh

for 1st home buyer.........but there other requirement in it's terms & conditions......pity my daughter couldn't get this waiver even as her 1st home purchase

yup.......given but whether you can get this eligibility is another question that need an answer especially 1st home owners because once purchased they dont have this privilege anymore ..........that why i am asking other who got a unit here, did they get this stamp-duty exemption or not.........seem like quite weird allowing units prices to be increase/high then give discount to match this requirement

Buyers of samm units in serasi under imiliki get mot stamp duty exemptions even though seasi is under commercial title?
