I think Block B is best as it has the least number of units per floor. 13 units compared to 18 units for Block C. The number of lifts is the same. 3 units of lift per block. So the waiting time for the lift should be better.

It will definitely be good (for both the mall and PH) news if the mall is successful. One City nearby is not so successful, even with NSK as one of the main tenant. Maybe Serasi itself will be a source of success for PH. When fully occupied Serasi is expected to have between 4000 - 5000 residents. Already a small township.
