That landslide considered quite severe as PH hill not that high also but also managed to landslide
It was in the newspapers too |

In my opinion, PH is for people who wants to live in a quieter environment, hence it is a distance from the social scene.
Daily commute to work - if driving, roughly takes an hour into KL city centre, but there is the LRT option (also >1 hour, at least can get a seat from last station. PH taikors, how is the commercial amenities in the area? besides the usual hawker and necessities at nearby shops, nearest mall would be sunway pyramid I think. Developer has plan to build new commercial area? If looking at rental play, I think potential tenant would be working around Bdr Saujana Puta, Cyberjaya, KLIA? |
