PH on the other hands, much cheaper. school, market, bank, makan places are short distance away. NO TRAFFIC!

I used to enjoy driving here

Now many cars n turtles on the road hogging

But good maybe we need more human flow to push up PH

Here price up up but no buyers eventho price up up

Banks n makan place have to go to taipan or ss15 also

Want jog also I need to go behind sjmc there, if not then putrajaya or Bukit jalil

original masterplan for this area should have hospital, police station, fire station and residential
good thing that police station is still there. but no fire station. no hospital but big-sized clinic
good to know what SD didn't change much

Serasi all sold out, but new phase launching soon I heard.

Go to sdp sales gallery, a sales fella will update you on upcoming launch n if u buy, it will be thru him/her.

They are collecting registrations for block 2 n once got enough, they will launch. U can also go for block 1 waiting list for loan rejected units
