Do take note that iPhones from Japan cannot mute the camera shutter sound. Every time you take a photo with your camera, there will be a loud camera shutter sound.

Physical sim is definitely more convenient. You dont need to go to the telco to get your bar codes everytime you switch your phone.

But Esim better for travel? Usually counters selling sim cards overseas for tourists would only have physical sim cards ready. Then again, I only use roaming nowadays to avoid the hassle of hunting for a sim card when Im overseas. Once landed just turn on phone and start using.

If po at Apple's website have to make full payment right  ？Not like Machines or Switch, only need to pay deposit RM300 first 

As of last year: "Order iPhone 14 or iPhone 14 Pro with Maybank 0% EzyPay Plan or full payment using a Maybank Card at Machines.."
So, it doesn't require installment plan.

Pay RM 300 deposit during online preorder and the remaining via installment plan at their outlets when collecting phone.

may i know ordering from which shop (i.e., apple official store, machines, switch, shoppee) is the best ?

I didn't read anywhere specifying that Machines has cap?
