Just be patient. Maybe the HQ (or online sales team) now just pass the orders to the respective outlets. And it's probably up to each outlets to contact the customer to come collect.

Sunway being the launch event venue might have more pre-orders than usual

Switch should just give out number next time. At least ppl can go around or sit instead of queuing for >1hr. This is just for the first 30 customers lol

A lot of confusing thing also. Staffs going around to promote accessories/protection plans for those in queue. Mention that those banks vouchers can deduct straight from accessories purchase. But didn’t mention that cannot use it together with the other discount/promo.

So i ditch the UAG casing since i just want the wrist tether lanyard (RM159 without discount, or RM89 with casing purchase). Then i asked if I need to buy more than RM200, and they said not need (the RM41 leftover dunno go where, still haven’t got invoice). Swiped CC for full retail less RM300 deposit

No scratches for my iPhone Pro Natural Titanium. Like somebody mention here, fingerprint will leave some slight discoloration but will looks perfectly fine after u wipe clean

anyone that pre-order at Switch Sunway, do they send the invoice/receipt to your email already?

Switch voucher - not sure it’s their own or they just ‘modified’ from their current CC campaigns. Just get any extra accessories then they straight deduct the cash voucher.

Maybe they will just claim back the cash voucher value from the banks later on

Was trying to schedule a ride to airport. But the top part of the app UI showing timing options (Now or Scheduled) got blocked out by the Dynamic Island lol

any workaround for this ahh

I'm using 15 Pro. Close and re-open still the same.

Funny thing is I use "Reachability" to bring down the app to half-page. The "black" Dynamic Island also follow suit
