Hi all! May I request a little help from anyone who knows...
My friend is migrating from Android to iOS. She downloaded and opened and registered her number on the WhatsApp on her IP15 and is now locked out from her WhatsApp in the Android phone. Problem is the chat history did not get transferred and she did not perform a chat backup first. Is it possible to delete the WA on IP15 and hope to re-enable the old WA on her Android? By so doing, she can re-start the process properly the next round. Any help is appreciated. TQ. |
