When compare to Android, Apple is always late to the game in many ways. Talk about home screen customization, widgets, fast charging, usb-c (forced by EU), you name it.

If you check from CASETiFY CoLab apps, it is not that price and much cheaper.

I think even during the 6.6 sale the devices were being discounted between 700-900 already across most online platforms. It's a matter of hunting the model you want (colour and capacity) and also getting those pesky vouchers before they run out.

Edit: Oh, or wait for the next gen to launch, confirm prices of last year's models will be at the lowest.

Those who went to queue at 10am and queue for 1 hour only and also managed to get the same door gift. They actually give out quite a lot of units to visitors.

There really was no need to queue overnight la, but yes, the queue was about one hour before I got in. I got there just before 10am and got in just before 11am.  For context, my burger at Shake Shack after that was also about an hour wait  (queue + waiting time for the burger)
Yeah, when I got in the queue I told the staff please let me know when the door gift finishes and I’ll exit the queue. She smiled and told me if I managed to queue, it means I’ll get the gift But no, the gift is not worth the overnight queue or the RM 250-500 the scalpers are asking for it

Apple is very good at creating hype, that’s for sure. The only way Samsung draws a crowd like that to a retail store opening is if they offer massive discounts on day one - if they were just giving out a free canvas tote bag I doubt there’ll be a queue like the one we saw yesterday..

1 year extra warranty is genuine part or not, this you have to consider. As I know is repair from outside workshop.

Does it matter if the purchase price is the same? It's free additional 1 year, if you hv issues with non original parts, you hv the EXTRA option of going with paid Apple Authorized Repair?
