Anyone facing uncertainty whether to accept job offer?

50% to accept - the role you looking for, they able offer the expected salary, well known company

50% not to accept - chinaman company, fast pace environment, politics, bad Glassdoor review

I always facing this issues in my career.

If it's going to improve your resume or experience to grow.. then why not.

You can always change again.

Then don't.. work is important, but both your mental and physical health also important.

my motto is "never try, never know"

I have been to a famous local company who can pay the salary i want, but the working culture made me quit my job in 2 weeks, I got another offer which offered me lesser, yet i am happier and feel more satisfied with my delivery.

Depends on your goal. If you just wanted to get a short term boosts on ur salary, thn yes, if u are looking for WLB job, thn no.
I joined a company like u mentioned previously, almost doubled my initial salary after 3 years, earned the experience and payslip and move on, now working for WLB company
Working on political and super fast pace company wasn't really good for your health when ur age gain.

If you can't even last a full year then better don't. If you think work culture is always the problem, you might have to face it on because there is no perfect company. At the end of the day, even though there are multiple companies with bad work culture, people still thrive in them is because I have seen them take is as a challenge, use the situation to create opportunities for themselves (both learning and careerwise) and then hop to other companies and get a huge pay rise. But if you are the type that gets mentally affected a lot and it will hinder your work, then better to stay safe and stick within what you know best and can control. Just don't try to compare yourselves to the other high flyers are who willing to take risks.

It’s just balancing between if the compensation, aka salary worth the shit you going to carry or not.

And, next question is, even if you think it worth it today, will it worth it next month, next 3 months, next half year, next 1 year? And all the way until you decide to throw in the towel to find another job or you finally leave the rat race

Yes if you don't have any other job waiting for you. In the end, you have to pay your bills.
If you still have a job or you have another offer waiting for you, better don't. You also want a job that you like.

I think it really depends on what you have now, as in your curren work environment.
often time we overthink the issue at hand by broadening our scope of concern.

it all boils down to these:
1. are you happy in your current environment?
2. if no, then you are sure that you are in a toxic environment
3. the new job? you might get another toxic environment but you wont know for sure until you are there.

I will accept and see how it goes. Worst comes to worst, stay for 2 years, then jump to new job. Count it as experience

Request came in way too frequent and requested delivery date is always unreasonable, always need to OT very often to get the task done, and no break for you when the task is over, another task came in directly after another

then blame you the thing no quality and so many issues. always standby even on weekend. no long term plan to fix it, just solve it when the issue reported.

If you're just starting out, I think even a fast pace is acceptable.

As the work experience grows, it is better to choose a reputable company.

I have taken offer when my gut feeling says no, it turned out to be true but it could be different for others.
