Depends on your goal. If you just wanted to get a short term boosts on ur salary, thn yes, if u are looking for WLB job, thn no.
I joined a company like u mentioned previously, almost doubled my initial salary after 3 years, earned the experience and payslip and move on, now working for WLB company
Working on political and super fast pace company wasn't really good for your health when ur age gain.

Request came in way too frequent and requested delivery date is always unreasonable, always need to OT very often to get the task done, and no break for you when the task is over, another task came in directly after another
