then blame you the thing no quality and so many issues. always standby even on weekend. no long term plan to fix it, just solve it when the issue reported.

And your powerful superiors who usually lacking the function specific skillsets will lecture you that you are just doing your 'default' job then they will go around telling all the gullible people that you are so incompetent that you have to always OT puke.gif

Anyone facing uncertainty whether to accept job offer?

50% to accept - the role you looking for, they able offer the expected salary, well known company

50% not to accept - chinaman company, fast pace environment, politics, bad Glassdoor review

I always facing this issues in my career.

For me, I am just testing the market and sharpening my interview skills.

So no harm for me if I reject an offer.

what are u unsure about?

I have taken offer when my gut feeling says no, it turned out to be true but it could be different for others.

Tired of chinaman culture.... anyway, I have declined the offer.

Frankly speaking, even Europe MNC now in Msia are somewhat Chinaman as the local management consists of mainly Malaysian Chinese

There might be still some good ones but rare

Everything is today evening 'order' tmr 9.ooam review

There was even once one of the co I was working in my early career, the MD requested something in a meeting and the staff asked for the deadline. The MD replied: Yesterday

Well call it toxic or whatever but they won't care if you are gone since now fresh grads are plenty, supply > demand

in my opinion, since you already know the downside and 50% to reject.
Means it not what you preferred or salary not high enough to cover that part.

Good luck!
