no need to wait. Since you already paid what the buyer asked, it's up to him to repair or not. From seller point of view, he already paid RM35 being asked for the repair and case settle. No more later ask for RM50 again to repair screen or anything.

Unless of course seller insist that buyer use the money for repair and must show receipt.

If I am seller, just forget about this case and get on with life with selling other things.

initially , the best solution is just refund and take back the phone .
u no need to hassle and explain and try to say ur RM14K trade history , trade history is just the history. LimGohTong can be a very rich guy in malaysia , but doing gambling business is not considered as an honour if you compare to Francis Yeoh's YTL . dont keep on mentioning your RM14K trade list . no need to boast .
for the buyer side , i really respect you for your cool emotion tru out the conversation . two thumbs up . if i were you , i will go for the refund . see , if u send to the shop , there is a possibility that they will ask you to change another thing as they mihgt do something just to ask u to spend more . and then the seller will become another bohsong-prince again ....

ok,i just went to the shop just now...th seller said that the hp already change and he alredy take pic for me,before and after he changed..actually i ASK HIM for future TRUTH that SHOW I AM NOT CON BUYER!

i dont know,wether he fix at his shop or at his house,coz i look at the date on the pic taken is 12MIDNITE! haiya...

ok,just take the hp...no problem at all 100% function...

but problem is....HE NOT PROVIDE ANY RECEIPT!!!

he claim receipt only for NEW HP!!C

now i also angree with him when i ask back,he said...haiya rm35 also want recipt ka?

so, i dont know how to tell you MR AHSENG...i hope the picture already shows all the proven..u can see the picture of your phone coz u can sure, the previous keypad board got YOUR COMPANY LOGO STICKER AT THE RIGHT BOTTOM THE SCREW...

well..the seller provide 1 week warranty for the phone. so the buyer have the rights to claim it when there is a problem with the phone.
