IMO, buyer request isn't too much, in fact he is trying to discuss politely... but in the other hand, ur emo is not too good, it will spoil ur impression from other that don't know u... take it this way, if u willing to settle this problem nice n easy,then other member that nvr trade with u b4 will think that u r a responsible seller, it increase ppl's faith towards trading with u next time if tey wanna get something from u... in another hand, if u keep dragging everything n refuse or not willing to take responsiblity towards ur own words [ur 1 week personal warranty, as u knew what it really stands for], ppl's will not even dare to trade with u, especially posting, no matter how much is ur trading sales, it doesn't worth even 1cent... u r putting ur few yrs hard earn reputation on the line over rm35.. think about it bro...
