Agree with others' comment.

Skyline is the sole prime project before this confirmed news out, the pricing probably more 'premium' also.
If Skyline 2 3 4 5 6 7 to be out, it will then become affordable pricing since no longer premium limited units, yet i believe TS Law will maintain its standard there.
So.. who will wan to buy sub-sale when new units is at the similar price?

Somemore hor... Current Skyline's location spot has nothing special, and its right at the entry of Kuchai, worst point lagi. I rather drive slighty down only reach my condo than the 1 at the corner of the busy junction.

Isn't this suppose to be a good news with the old factory/ pond gone and knowing who gonna develop the land?

The developer can design and plan the upcomings as a whole better, no?

i also dont und what mean by con? no everyone buy to flip. those who need a place to ownstay as long as bought using their own hard earn money, its a good buy for them.

Replying to another, a losses in property not necessarily loss in $$ due to flip. Increase in density, trafic, view, later on construction effect - sound, air polution & etc are also losses. But anyhow, if your consideration of loss is only fail to flip, then congrats, other issue is not a loss to u.

Buying a property at today’s high prices and having it be worth less in the future is a recipe for disaster for everyone’s retirement. It means it hadn’t kept up with inflation and if god forbid there’s civil strife and the country goes to the dogs then all of it is worth nothing. Just don’t overextend and don’t be stupidly optimistic.

I came across a guy who wanna buy skyline 3 rooms for investment as he saw the news of TSLaw bought the land which has huge potential plus mrt ready in 2028, he is looking for capital appreciation.

Or u meant climbing KK Hill means u climed Mount Everest?


For now the road start from junction till Golden Sun Restaurant still won't have jam... After these plot all become condo, jam really builds up, foresee mainly due to road side parking.
