 Skyline Kuchai Lama, By TSLaw Group

There's going to be a new launch coming up called Skyline Kuchai Lama by TSLaw Group, the developer has a few posts on their FB page now and guys, I've gotten some insider news update! brows.gif

1) The site currently occupied by Loon Sing Oriental Thai Seafood, next to Ajinomoto factory overlooking the lake. And Ajinomoto's new factory is confirmed moving to Bandar Enstek. You can read the news yourself here https://www.ajinomoto.com.my/media/press-re...ar-enstek-halal
2) It's going to be walking distance to MRT 2 Kuchai Lama Station which will have an interchange station with the upcoming MRT 3 line.
3) Total of 900++ units of service apartment for Tower A with layout size ranging from 550 sq ft to 920 sq ft


Comparing to the nearest apartment that is newly completed, say, Residensi Far East which the market rate is currently around RM 800 psf, the price for skyline kuchai is pretty darn attractive.

Kuchai Lama Exchange KLE in the making. 🙌💪

Major Junction to everywhere PJ, KL, SB, BJ. SW, BS, BM, MV, CR, TD, OKR.

Also coming with 2 mrt line interchange. MRT 2 line & MRT 3 circle line. 👍🤞

There is a bridge near Kuchai Far East that cross to the other side.

But some time when drive by that area, sure got smell. As for the flood, I think is exception case. Never heard of any flooding beside that time.

Taipei walker was used to be my hang out place.

Always seeing ppl walking under the highway from/to Loon Sing Oriental Thai Seafood.
Finally this seafood place will be changed to a resi project.
Easy access to those coming out from npe/majo/seremban highway.

means live next to the busy highway intersection
future price of mrt3 will apply here
if really close distance is sure worth for investment, but is aiming for future capital appreciation first

rental wise need to see how is layout & price etc

City life style in suburb 🙌
Yeah surrounded many highways like Sungai Besi. Convenient for mrt ride and interchange. Hope got close enough good pedestrian bridge connect to kuchai commercial area.

The big poop pool last time got plan to turn it to garden and park sitting above. Not sure how is it. 🤷‍♂️

Ajinamoto lake should be no more funny smell after ajinamoto factory moved.

As I knew the sewage pool was bought by a well-known developer but till now no action yet on it.

Tslaw developer got quite some lands around Kuchai area. This only 1 of the land among few. 🤑🤑

Until there is a concrete slab over the smell, wouldn't touch anything here with a ten foot pole. Just 5 minutes jam in car can wrinkle nose, imagine sleeping here.

Kuch@i L@m@ is fast becoming the land of delayed, sick and abandoned projs…what if I tell u there’s a project with <600m walking distance to MRT also can go abandoned. with the rising OPR, its a bloodbath for 500++ units owners who are servicing their loan monthly

Yup, just need to wait for ajinamoto factory move away.
Their factory and showroom soon relocate at Klang and Nilai.
