Yeah, just read the 'con' as CONgratulations for knowing what its gonna develop, like someone above said
Or... CON-whatever you wish to hear. Replying to another, a losses in property not necessarily loss in $$ due to flip. Increase in density, trafic, view, later on construction effect - sound, air polution & etc are also losses. But anyhow, if your consideration of loss is only fail to flip, then congrats, other issue is not a loss to u. |

Nothing much can be developed at that plot of land. Main issue is the traffic. Also, kuchai is already is happening township, no point developer further develop its own 'Skyline Township' Kuchai huat, but limited Jazted liked this post
