one is with pump and heater- complete system
another is just rain shower with mixer. Looks like there is no mixer also.

what does TS want?

if Hotwater then Panasonic is the good choice
Alpha is a good alternative but local brand. can try below changih if got budget

Grohe is so call higher tier shower system. A higher end one can be as much as 8k to 10k.
it is linked with external heater and pump at ceiling,- the one u gave don't have heater.

i would avoid Deka at all cost, any deka product.
Especially shower system which come with safety feature.
