Already know there are 'hidden' cost.
Either extend time 6 mo + extend interest 6 mo.
Or no pay 6 mo but at the end of payment need pay 6 mo lumpsum.
Or other creative way to fuck up people.

Its not fuck up people. There is no free lunch. Nobody will loan out money for no return (interest). No bank owns anyone (free) that 6 (said) months.

I oweis though is interest free. For example if loan installment is $2000 per month. Then moratorium 6 months. Means I no need to pay $2000 in this 6 months as in everything frozen including interest
