Looking for a reliable chiro or tit tar for treatment in PJ area..
Earlier this year I started getting knee pain on the right side and went to chiro (Insight chiropractic). After 10 or so treatments, it had gotten worse and now my left knee also ended up pain. The intensity level of the pain had gotten much more serious and I don't know if I could still trust chiro.

Try seeing a Dr and physio as well??

Knee is more of ligament and tendon pain usually, or worn out

1st of all, I'm no expert so I just share experience. I have some dr friends and they all freaking hate chiro and tit tar lol ... east and west just dont mix but i fully 100% trust them ..

1st of all u need to know ur problem then only decide go chiro or tit tar... again I'm not expert so dun quote me but from my experience:

1) Chiro works like just straightening your back bone which is the most important thing. Inside have many nerves connecting to your whole body. If you feel suddenly here pain, suddenly there pain, suddenly no pain, most probably u need to look for chiro ... sit too long, drive too long, buttock pain.. here stress there stress ... look for chiro ... and chiro is need alot time ... 6-8 months .. they not magic crack 1 time terus straight already ... me and both my parents also got these kind random pains and we all go to DMCHIRO https://dmchiropractic.my/
and the pain never comes back ... i don't even remember when I last go already ... more than 5-6 years ... after few years my dad pain then bring there also ... after dad ok then mom pain bring there also ... all healed .. my mom go normal dr took MRI this that blabla say bone cracked or someshit need surgery 100k ... I'm like ..... go chiro then ok liao now no pain touch wood

2) Tit tar (again this is what i think only) is more like if u fall down .. bengkak somewhere ... blood jam somewhere ... like u need ppl to massage ... put medication on it ... those kind u go for tit tar .. for me tit tar max 2-3 visits you should be healed already else it's not good tit tar .. for this kind of cases i go to Kung Fu tit tar .. all young sifu super strong and power ... https://www.facebook.com/kungfutittar/

btw #nonsponsored lol ... just sharing la ha ... dont work for u dont come find me lol ..

Thanks for the recommendation all.
Yeah, I went to see orthopedic before chiro but I was only prescribed with meds, the doc said nothing can be done. that's why I wanted to try chiro but the results worsened. Maybe the one I went to is inexperienced. The chiro I went to also came with physio service, I mostly did hot therapy, and rehab exercise..

What tests were conducted on you?
e.g. x-ray and mri

What was diagnosed by the orthopedic?
e.g. ligament, meniscus, tendon, muscle, bone issues

What meds were provided?
e.g. glucosamine, ibuprofen, painkillers

Did you injure yourself while working out?

Most injuries are due to overweight, extreme movements, slips and accidents.

Depending on your age, it is most likely your tendon/ligament in your knee worn out.

For me, I take medication.

Nope only physical tests done by the orthopedic and said it's VMO muscle issue. He prescribed Piascledine.

I didn't injure myself while working out.. one day it just happened... overweight could be the reason, my BMI is 25..

Stop wasting money on these useless quack chiropractors and tit tar, go to a proper physiotherapist.

Precise Rehab or regen Physio recommended

It's possible. Because thats what I experienced somewhat, out of a sudden I have extra issues which I've never had before, and the intensity level of pain is much greater. I am so worried now that it had caused me slipped disc or sciatica. I need to go for MRI to check already.

Initially the chiropractor said I'll be fine in 6 treatments, but after 10 treatments, my condition had gotten much worse and then now only asked me to get X-rays. Meaning to say, the evaluation was wrong from the beginning.

The thing I disliked about the chiro is that they will always say not everyone will respond to the treatments the same way etc, that's why it gotten worse. I find it illogical, isn't it their responsibility to find out what are required for each patient? Do they mean that all those are just trial and error? See who will respond well?

So yeah, go at your own risk if you want.
