I just went to cyberjaya last week. It's far from being ghost town like FC. FC apart from the golf resort is just eery. Like apocalyptic kind.

FC hands down..have u been to FC? Practically a ghost town..see mudah list airbnb list so many units offered cheap cheap..also nobody want. Single developer. No other development around it. No office and business nearby..In the middle of nowhere..basically i don't see any +ve factor to attract people to FC..how to sustain

At least cyber got many different developers, got many offices, businesses, students , within KV enclave, good infras and road connection

I say forest city, sinking already, not much restaurants also. Only thing saving it is the duty free and the hotel. No petrol station also there.

At least cyberjaya got most of the restaurant franchises, tonnes of arabic food, some high end indian food and high end malay grill restaurant and not forgetting ample Shell and Petronas stations.

Only those who have a good landed unit in cbj will understand what i say, and i have a semi-d in pj - it is absolutely no comparison, I don’t even stay at pj anymore.
