yup.lesson learnt from me ..i also wasted one of the stick earlier

but mine is even teruk..because that cb laptop come with on board memory (soldered)

which cannot be disabled..slot another ram and hit into random bsod or unable to detect

in the end have to check the on board memory chip model and find that exact OEM model (something like hynix or whatever)

plug in ...smooth like butter


thats why whoever ask me for ram ..if addon = buy exact same model

or ..just take away old stick and plug in whatever that you want (that the laptop/board can support)

disable background intelligent transfer service in services.msc see if hdd activity go down

like many things, the OS id getting more demanding
usually so high due to win update scan or av scan or whatnot

the best is to chg from hdd to ssd.
ssd are cheap now.
like 200 to 300 can get 1 decent size
ur current hdd, can simpan
buy a 2.5 inch hdd enclosure, then u got 1 external hdd to keep your data
enclosure like 20 to 40 bucks only
