Met winson today.

DC Moto premium is out of stock and he only carries basic and standard type for now. For MYR1600, can get the standard type but  minus the panic button function. Need to add MYR200 for that function.
Perhaps a group purchase can lower the price.

Do he has mention When he will hv stock for premium? Since my hse is not ready yet.

The seller is in Melaka and I'm not sure it's basic package or standard. In klang Valey most a selling around
1.5k ++. Hopefully the price could be lower if we buy in bulk.

I didnt ask him yesterday but perhaps you can ask him when you meet him this saturday since I got the impression that it is so much more expensive.
From what I understand, the difference between the standard and premium is only on the photobeam sensor.

Maybe a group purchase will help to get us a better price.

Txs leeyung. Some of us here have contacted that company from melaka. Although the price is cheap but I think our main concern is after sales service. They mention to me that in the 1 yr warranty period they offer 3 free service. So what if problem not solve after 3 visits? N if the gate cant work, how fast would they be able to respond to your emergency?
Winson, in the other hand, is from Sri Kembangan and offers 2 yrs warranty. So if you are from the klang valley then you can easily get him.

Looks like they are selling a whole range of other office equipment (alarm, cctv, punch clock etc), just check with them and make sure that they don't outsource their installation to a third-party independent installer.

Good advise weitatt. Will defo ask Winson if he do himself or outsource. Thanks rclxms.gif

Yeah smile.gif just to share out the prices, because I quoted few companies over here, the offered prices quite consistent as what I posted smile.gif Correct, main concern is after sales service because no one wish to take leave due to autogate failure biggrin.gif

It should be not be an issue but there have been many nightmare cases as well. So for peace of mind, I rather have a warranty from a nearby installer.

A bit expensive is okay as long as after sales service is good. Hope Winson could provide good service. Anyone engage him to do autogate before and mind to share your opinion?

sad.gif Damn. my OAE swing arm just spoilt last night. After what I said... It's RELIABLE... tongue.gif Now the gear is no longer running even though the motor is running. blush.gif I think I forget to say touch wood when I made last post... Sigh... Have contacted the autogate installer to take a look on that this afternoon.

Might get back OAE brand but heavy duty stainless arm. Lesson learnt... Never say never blush.gif
