For Legate wheel can actually get from any gate ppl to replace. Not really custom make but for motor replacement then different story.

Help my customer to replace the Legate faulty autogate system at his second hse which is using Legate system. At less now can just replace his autogate system if it brake down in the future without hv to worry that it could not be done properly by any installer.

Non dc moto can add sensor or not?

To add sensor normally depend on the board. Those arm screw type board normally dun hv option to add sensor.

Sensor basically to detect something when open and close right, cuz im afraid some cats might pass by during close the gate 😨🔥😻☔🔥

The Fagolli motor (manufacturer of DC motor) has this sensor integrated. When someone past by when it is closing, it will stop. It is just an IR beam so I think it might work but the height of the sensor might be too tall for a cat.

IR sensor is mainly for safety to prevent gate from closing when there's something or someone in between the IR line. The height is mainly for human or vehicle level.

Fagolli and DC Moto is manufacture by Digicraft. Their previous model hv std board which need the IR to link by wire and latest model hv built in board on motor so IR can be fix on the cover wired directly. The IR is add on for most of this rotate motor system board and no integrated.

Years ago, my father installed in his house those kind of typical autogate at double-storey terrace house, costed about RM5k-RM6k according to him.

I went few weeks ago to Delux showroom, an autogate installation to install at my house (landed terrace house as well), the salesguy quoted a whopping RM15k, almost, if I remember correctly.

Gotta say their autogate designs are nice though.

Any other cheaper recommendations for similar kind of looks? Especially the black color ones with some brown color hints that looks like wood in the middle (if i'm using the terms correctly).

Many has copied their design although it was patented. You probably will get a few K off from their pricing with similar or exact design. The only thing with their gate is the black color fate after few years.

You mean Delux's gate the black color will fade after few years? How good is their warranty, or this isn't covered?
