I dont think i can provide a good comparison as i never used other casings besides EC. Since most of the times, iphones released in Boleh Land is much later than all the previous official new iphone launches in Sep, so i normally had all my previous EC cases cantik2 at hand before the iphones themselve (EC normally launch their new casings about 1 month after the iphone launches). So this time, i bought my 1st spgen ever to protect the casing before my EC case arrived. And i only bought the ultra as temporary which might not be the top tier for spigen. And for me my spigen ultra is just a so2 casing compare to EC. Price not that different for currently Special Ops design which for me already more than good enuf (unless you bought the rm1k EC Black Ops).

Maybe other bros/sis here able to provide better review..

Have you tried any UAG cases before? lol. The only case I tried is UAG on my iphone 11 previously, worked very well for 2 years before the side buttons cracked. just replaced it a few weeks ago with china one but not as good as the original. Original has a bump on screen like all original UAG cases. China one is flat flushed with the screen. Comparing your EC to UAG price, is EC more expensive? You bought through where ya? Shopee? I'm looking for another type of case with clear back for my phone to show off the deep purple. hahaha xD

Sorry to say I used UAG before once for iphone 6 and the glue came off after 1 year exactly. Bought from Switch. Since then never use UAG but rhinoshield

Oh, but so far mine lasted 2 years. I used UAG Pathfinder series for my iPhone 11. For my iPhone 14 Pro Max I used their highest end (i think) case, the Monarch Pro MagSafe case. lol. But thinking to get their Pylo one cause i want the clear version.

UAG is 150+- and EC is 110 for 14pm. Or I'm comparing different series hahaha

Mine seems like 0.1 second delay when focusing the nearer object

Mine starts like normal, no delay/blurry..

maybe try disable macro control? if it's enabled then it will blur up for 0.1 sec on macro mode (a feature to enable or disable macro mode inside camera)

settings - camera - macro control - disable

My iP14 Pro just passed to my wife as she like it alot.

So, just managed to got myself a new SME Samsung Z Fold 3 yesterday.
I will still be checking in here regularly as expecting my wife asking more about iPhone features.
She is using Android all this while.

My Monarch Pro MagSafe case is RM349 hahaha. With the kevlar protection and 25ft drop protection haha. xD EC im not sure, i havent checked which series i might wanna buy.
