See how it goes. magsafe wallet is fine, it's not the strongest but it doesn't really fall out or detach from the phone easily.. I think there are other brands like Moft which offers stronger magnet, but in ratio I would say maybe 5:6, not wayyy stronger than apple's..

QUOTE(miyakochan89 @ Sep 14 2022, 09:32 AM) 36 months instalment has started quite a while, and believe it or not it actually bring in a lot of sales. Is it a good thing? Absolutely not, and this goes to show how shitty MY purchasing power is. And also the mentality of the people. I think its more about cashflow. I believe many people like me can easily fork out the money to cash buy an iphone, but why do that when u can stretch it to more years. Somemore 0% installment, I dont see any downside to that. Definitely can use the extra cash to invest rather than paying 1 shot. And i think 36 months is the sweet spot because after pay finish 3 years, then can change new phone again. Just nice 3 years change 1 phone.

Just nice 3 years change 1 phone. Yes you do you. And if it’s 12 months instalment, that reason is very much justifiable. But even a good investor knows that to stretch out instalment that long, means you can’t afford to pay the 12 months instalment because it’s just way too high va your other monthly commitments and income. It’s a red flag. This thing doesn’t generate income as well. But the fact that the country allows instalment to stretch till 36 months for something so small, sigh… It shows that our consuming power is very weak. Moreover, people just keep piling up all the instalments right now without considering the fact they are already deep neck into debt. Anyhow. This is an iPhone tread. As long as you are happy go for it. This post has been edited by miyakochan89: Sep 14 2022, 12:54 PM

Just nice 3 years change 1 phone. IMO there is no right or wrong way of how one would like to spend their cash, its very subjective and personal finance management.. either you believe in more worthy to stretch an instalment longer and roll your money elsewhere.. especially at 0% interest.. why not right? or you wanna try to reduce monthly instalment as much as possible. For me, I believe in reducing as much monthly liability as possible, best if can pay everything in full and no monthly commitment at all

As long as you are happy go for it. Yes I agree with you. Installments are best for people who know what to do with the extra cash flow you get from financing your payments. On the other hand, It will be detrimental for those who are financially illiterate. If you waste the money you get from the extra cash flow, you might as well buy it fully in cash. For me, I will always be investing the extra cash to earn more. That's why I will always choose the longest period if possible. 36 months are my go to! Hope everyone can get their desired colour on launch date

Absolutely not, and this goes to show how shitty MY purchasing power is. And also the mentality of the people. There is nothing wrong when you choose max installment month, as long you can pay every month. But for those cannot control themself keep upgrade gadget every year + keep installment, you just one step to bankruptcy. Bank very love this kind of people, cause they can earn the interest if user late payment.
